We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and drive the marketing strategy for our fashion company in France. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, building brand presence, and driving customer engagement. Your role will involve defining the marketing strategy, leveraging market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our fashion business in the dynamic French market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the fashion industry, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive     landscape.
  • Lead brand development and positioning efforts to establish a strong presence in the fashion market, driving brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Oversee product and campaign launches, ensuring they align with fashion industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate     with cross-functional teams to drive innovative and customer-centric marketing approaches, such as influencer partnerships and experiential     marketing.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce, social media, and content marketing, to enhance the online presence and engagement within the fashion sector.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to keep the organization at the forefront of fashion marketing.

Job Requirements

· In-depth knowledge of the fashion market in France, with a keen understanding of the latest industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.

· Demonstrated success in building and enhancing brand recognition and loyalty, particularly within the fashion sector.

· Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, along with experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of nurturing talent and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

· Data-driven decision-making capabilities, using analytics and market research to optimize marketing efforts and drive growth.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Budget management experience, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fashion industry environment.

Required Education

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is required
