Brand Marketing Manager
We are currently looking for a hyper passionate, brand & growth obsessed individual to join us as Brand Marketing Manager. He will support in positioning the brand and focus on growing the brand awareness across key markets through exciting projects.
· Support BM Director with brand positioning: manage brand direction, analyze consumer insights, and strongly contribute to creative strategy around brand
· Lead brand health & consumer insights strategy to drive both a brand positioning and brand activations based on solid insights.
· Drive development of impactful storytelling campaigns: from strategic ideation to content strategy; and collaborate closely with all channel owners (CRM, social media, paid media, etc.) to develop campaign plans. Champion diversity & inclusivity across every story.
· Drive TOF strategy on Paid Social (focused on Instagram + TikTok) via clearly defined new customer journeys, strong storytelling, asset management; you will be measured against clear KPIs.
· Manage key marketing events (online & offline)including brief writing, creative & strategic review, and calendar management.
· Support on Ad Hoc marketing projects- including
· 5+ years of experience growing direct-to-consumer brands via strongbranding & marketing.
· Experience in fashion, e-commerce, and partial experience with retailpreferred.
· Strong entrepreneurial spirit: ability to structure strong plans while adapting to a fast-paced environment and frequent changes; ability to manage projects & people but not afraid to get your hands dirty and do things yourself.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good copy writing skills are a must).
· Gen-Z and social media-obsessed- experience with social campaigns strongly preferred.
