Lead Java Developer

Our client is a French digital payment solutions platform looking for a Lead Technical developer to head their existing team of two developers.

• Performing requirement analyses.
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
• Monitoring and management of the platform
• Management of the development team of 2, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
• Technologies used: Java J2EE (Spring, Spring batch, hibernate)/ Jquery/Bootstrap/ nodeJS (electron)/ Gitlab/ Maven and tomcat

• 3+ years of experience as a JAVA J2EE developer
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
• Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
