We are a leading European cybersecurity company with over 500 employees, providing innovative solutions to ensure secure and efficient IT environments for businesses. As part of our strategic expansion in the BeNeLux region, we are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our team as the Area Vice President (AVP). This role will drive regional growth by developing new opportunities, deepening relationships with key partners and customers, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the BeNeLux region aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive growth in market share and revenue through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Build, inspire, and lead a regional sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development for team members.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
- Foster relationships with C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
- Leverage customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership roles within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in a regional market.
- Strong network of decision-makers and partners in the BeNeLux region.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire high performance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and cybersecurity challenges.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and solving customer challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
Languages
Fluency in English required. Proficiency in Dutch or French is strongly preferred. And/Or other related languages
