Business Development Manager - Norway
Job Description
We are seeking a strong Business Development Manager to further increase awareness, influence decision makers and grow the company sales in Norway together with the local channel team.
Responsibilities
• Identify relevant, Mid to large size customers and built relationship with and convince decision makers on the company offerings and benefits and hence sale of the products
• Build relationships with Reseller KAMs and grow customers together
• Develop the overall plan and strategy for which end-customers to target in Norway, including activation of influencers and ambassadors
• Product training and presentation for new /existing customers
• Select and create value at selected fairs and use the free-trial program and marketing activities as a door opener
• Adapt ways to engage with relevant groups of stakeholders simultaneously, e.g. by hosting webinars or similar events.
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account/ Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager
· Strong sales mindset and experience with sales growth techniques
· Strong knowledge and network in the Norwegian market and large insight into the decision making process in companies – both public and private
· Understanding of public tenders and experience selling into the public sector
· Highly skilled in employing a solution-oriented sales approach
· Proficient in business development strategies and pioneering market approaches
· Structured, self-driven, ownership-oriented, and results-focused mindset
· Outgoing and a strong networker and collaborator
· Hunter mentality
· Eager to travel to customer visits and fairs
· Experience working within a startup environment is a plus
· Natural interest in the latest technology related to workplace wellbeing is a plus
Based in the Oslo area
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Fluent Norwegian, professional English
