We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be responsible for a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will guide our company's marketing efforts towards ultimate success.
Responsibilities
- Ability to "listen" to market trends and guide the company's market research efforts
- Communication with other departments to shape a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc., that meets market demands
- Establishing marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and goals
- Developing a feasible marketing plan for the department and overseeing its daily implementation
- Designing and organizing marketing departments and functions (product development, brand promotion, communications, etc.) and ensuring the unique "voice" of the company is represented
- Planning and coordinating promotional campaigns, public relations, and other marketing efforts across various channels (digital, print, etc.)
- Creating a highly effective team of marketing professionals
- Establishing a stable network of strategic partnerships
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar role
- Proven experience in developing effective strategies and business plans for all aspects of marketing (brand promotion, product promotion, etc.)
- Good understanding of market research methods and data analysis
- Ability to implement marketing techniques across digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels
- Understanding of different business departments (IT, finance, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM)
- Leadership ability with creative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Required Education
BSc/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field. An MSc/MA will be considered an additional qualification
