Job Description
We are searching for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to serve as a trusted strategic partner and consultant to senior-level leadership and management in France
This role will focus on guiding and facilitating initiatives related to revenue generation, organizational effectiveness, market growth, culture, and leadership.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with organizational leaders to gain valuable insights into business needs and strategic priorities, enabling the creation of a comprehensive revenue growth plan.
• Champion transformative approaches that align seamlessly with a performance-oriented culture, ultimately elevating performance, business outcomes, and employee involvement.
• Embrace a leadership role by offering mentorship, guidance, and coaching to our Business Partners.
• Apply your business expertise to align revenue generation strategies with the broader business vision and goals. Develop revenue-centric business strategies that drive pivotal outcomes and offer advice on talent management, workforce relationships, organizational structure, and compensation.
• Effortlessly merge revenue-focused initiatives with organizational campaigns and formulate and execute an operational strategy tailored to your specific business units.
Job Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating closely with senior executives to grasp business requirements and strategic priorities, facilitating the creation of a robust revenue generation plan.
• Track record of implementing change strategies in alignment with a performance-oriented culture, resulting in improved business outcomes, heightened performance, and increased employee engagement.
• Exceptional leadership acumen, including the ability to offer guidance, direction, and coaching to Business Partners.
• A strong grasp of business principles and the capacity to align revenue generation strategy with the overarching business vision and objectives. This encompasses crafting revenue-focused business strategies that drive significant results and offering expert counsel on talent management, workforce relations, organizational structure, and compensation.
• Proficiency in seamlessly integrating revenue-focused services with organizational endeavors and a history of successfully formulating and executing tailored operational strategies for specific business units in France.
