We are actively seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take on the role of a trusted strategic partner and advisor to senior-level leadership and management in Germany, without specifying a particular industry. In this capacity, the CRO will play a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating initiatives aimed at revenue generation, enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving market growth, fostering a positive culture, and providing leadership expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities
  • Provide competitive analysis, strategies and tactics
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development and     enhancement cycles
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, marketing, pricing strategies and business models
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar role
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
  • Significant general management and P&L experience
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
