Our client, a leading player in the enterprise software space, is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Relationship Manager to drive direct sales across the Nordic region. This is a new business-focused role — we're looking for a true hunter, not a farmer. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong track record of success in enterprise software sales, ideally within the End-User Computing (EUC) or Virtualisation space.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across the Nordic enterprise market through strategic outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close, working directly with enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Identify, engage, and develop key relationships within target accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand customer needs and position high-value software solutions that align with their IT and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Accurately forecast and report on pipeline and sales performance in the CRM.
  • Represent the brand at events, webinars, and customer meetings throughout the region.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Strong background in End-User Computing (EUC), Virtualisation, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in hunting roles – generating new leads, opening doors, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent strategic and tactical execution.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and indirect channel sales is a plus.
  • Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

    Languages

Fluent English is required. Proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language is highly desirable.

    Other Compensation

Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Remote-first flexibility (preference for candidates near Stockholm for occasional office use) Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative software company with strong market presence
