As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and be responsible for leading and executing a recruitment strategy that supports rapid business growth.

You will oversee a team of recruiters, collaborate with senior leaders, and optimize hiring processes to ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy: Design and implement a recruitment strategy that supports the company’s rapid expansion in EMEA.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor an in-house recruitment team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Hiring Execution: Own full-cycle recruitment for key roles, with a strong focus on engineering, product, and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to define workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand in the SaaS and tech space, ensuring they are recognized as a top employer in EMEA.
  • Process & Technology Optimization: Improve recruitment workflows, leverage data-driven hiring strategies, and implement best-in-class hiring tools.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Build inclusive hiring practices and champion DE&I initiatives to attract diverse talent.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Evaluate and manage external recruitment partners when needed.
  • Job Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to scale and optimize a talent acquisition function in a fast-growing environment.
  • Tech & GTM Hiring Expertise: Deep experience hiring for engineering, product, sales, and customer success roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence executives and senior leaders on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Process & Data-Driven Approach: Strong knowledge of recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, and hiring best practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Passionate about building inclusive teams and fostering a strong talent culture.
  • Required Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM) are a plus.

    Languages

    Fluent English (essential). Additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
