Investment Director – Technology & AI

As Investment Director, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, leading the investment process and working closely with founders, management teams and other stakeholders.

• Identifying and sourcing attractive investment opportunities across the technology sector
• Evaluating  companies, markets, business models and investment cases
• Leading  due diligence and preparing investment recommendations
• Building  relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, advisors and co-investors
• Supporting negotiations and transaction execution
• Monitoring portfolio companies and contributing to their strategic development
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, market trends and new investment  opportunities

• Significant  experience in investment, private equity, venture capital or a related field
• A strong track record of investing in or evaluating technology companies
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Strong financial, analytical and commercial skills
• Experience managing the investment process from sourcing through to execution
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• An entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach

Experience across AI, SaaS, cybersecurity,software or other high-growth technology sectors would be particularlyrelevant.
