We are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an Ecommerce Sales Director on behalf of a global leader in omnichannel commerce technology and operations.
With their innovative approach to commerce our client enable individuals to experience the latest trends first hand, with each individual helping to shape the shopping experiences of the future.
They have a proven track record of success in the European market, and their talented team of eCommerce fulfillment specialists in the Poland are now looking for a strong sales individual to assist them in future growth.

Scope of the Role:
As Ecommerce Sales Director you will be responsible for generating new business for our clients fulfillment, transportation, order management & omnichannel, payment & fraud, and customer care solutions on the European Continent.
Responsibilities
It’s imperative you are a born hunter who can identify and develop new strategic opportunities within existing customer portfolios in addition to opening doors to new opportunities.
Cultivating new relationships with new prospects, and turning raw concepts into compelling business plans for both parties.
Managing those relationships beyond launch phase, and implementing periodic business meetings to build strong and strategic partnerships.
Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new and existing customers.
Attending trade shows, events and conferences.
Job Requirements
3+ years experience in a sales/business development position in the eCommerce sector is essential.
Proven experience selling eFulfilment, Fulfilment and Contract Logistics.
Self starter with a proven track record creating solutions and identifying profitable new business.
Adaptable and able to sell a diverse portfolio of services.
A born communicator who can adapt to different target groups.
Ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record building strong working relationships and partnerships.
An innovative thinker with strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications.
Profound knowledge of selling techniques and experience with long and complex sales cycles.
The ability to work autonomously, proactively and well as part of a team, in addition to having a very hands-on approach with a focus on results.
