The Sales Director, France & Southern Europe, will be a highly motivated leader responsible for overseeing a select portfolio of large,
strategic accounts to achieve and surpass sales objectives. This role entails managing and expanding key named accounts, cultivating
C-level relationships, driving extensive and deep sales engagements, Managing the team (AM's, presales, Channel partners, & marketing), and meeting the critical demands of a high-performance sales team. The Director will primarily focus on major accounts in France, with additional responsibilities extending to Italy and Spain.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and lead the sales team with guidance, training, and
performance evaluations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Articulate the companies value proposition, ensuring high customer satisfaction and understanding of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and C-level executives.
Oversee the sales process & team, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Utilize forecasting and pipeline management to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing on effective sales campaigns, including account-based campaigns.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Serve as the main contact for enterprise accounts, coordinating with Inside Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Sales
Engineers.
Develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities within named accounts.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with major clients.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.

Job Requirements

Proven expertise in enterprise/global account management: Demonstrated success in penetrating and closing large accounts, planning and allocating
company resources effectively, leveraging channel partners where applicable, and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Exceptional sales track record: History of surpassing sales targets, extensive network of contacts at multiple levels within enterprise/global accounts,
capability to close large, complex software and services deals, and strong cross-company and partner engagement skills.
Ability to secure high-value deals: Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities worth seven figures or more.
Strategic planning and execution: Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills, a passion for developing world-class best practices within virtual teams
and the region, and excellence in strategic account planning and delivery.
Leadership and management experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, driving performance and fostering a high-performance
sales culture.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Consistent achievement of financial targets: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets consistently year over year.
Reputable industry presence: Strong reputation in the region, known for professionalism and reliability.
Commitment to deadlines: Ability to follow through on commitments and meet deadlines consistently.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable working in a small, expanding company, with a desire to be entrepreneurial and adaptable to a dynamic and
growing environment.
Experience with emerging technologies: Proven ability to sell emerging technologies over an extended sales cycle, often competing against the status quo
or incumbent solutions.
New business development and relationship expansion: Expertise in finding and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships,
with strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
Multilingual proficiency: Fluency in English and French.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field; advanced degrees are highly desirable.
