Unite is hiring on behalf of our client, a prominent company in the SaaS industry, we are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their executive leadership team. The CPO will play a critical role in designing and executing a world-class people strategy that enables scale, fosters innovation, and strengthens organizational culture. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the executive team to define and execute a people strategy aligned with the company’s SaaS growth objectives.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scaling across global markets.
Culture& Engagement
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and innovative culture within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top SaaS and tech talent.
- Build leadership and development programs to strengthen capabilities across the organization.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance
- Design competitive and scalable compensation and benefits frameworks suitable for SaaS growth companies.
- Lead the development of transparent and data-driven performance management systems.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Implement and promote DEI initiatives tailored to a global SaaS workforce.
- Ensure policies, practices, and culture drive inclusivity and belonging.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR systems, processes, and compliance a cross multiple jurisdictions.
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive insight sand inform decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in senior HR leadership (10+ years), ideally as CPO, CHRO, or VP People within SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated success scaling people functions in fast-paced, international settings.
- Expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and scaling challenges.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at board and executive level.
- Commitment to building inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (required). Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in HR/Organizational Development, or similar) preferred.
