The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be a highly driven and strategic executive responsible for leading all revenue-generating activities across the organization’s platform. This includes sales leadership, strategic partnerships, key account management, and commercial growth initiatives at both the corporate and business-unit levels.

The CRO will work closely with the executive team to design and execute a scalable revenue strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term growth objectives. The role requires the ability to build senior-level relationships, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and consistently deliver against ambitious growth targets in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • - Own and execute the organization’s global revenue and growth strategy
  • - Lead enterprise sales efforts and strategic partnerships across key markets
  • - Develop and manage senior-level relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
  • - Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities
  • - Meet and exceed annual and multi-year revenue targets
  • - Clearly and credibly represent the organization’s value proposition to external stakeholders
  • - Support go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or solutions
  • - Appropriately engage senior leadership, advisors, and subject-matter experts throughout complex sales cycles
  • Job Requirements

  • - Proven track record in senior revenue, sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • - Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets in complex, long-cycle sales environments
  • - Strong experience managing large, strategic client or partner relationships with multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • - Ability to originate, qualify, and close high-value, enterprise-level commercial agreements
  • - Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and forecasting capability
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • - Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
  • Required Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a strong plus.

    Languages

    Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
