We are seeking an HR Director to play a pivotal role as a trusted strategic collaborator and advisor for senior-level executives and management in the food tech industry in the Netherlands. This position will focus on guiding efforts related to change management, enhancing organizational efficiency,overseeing talent development, fostering inclusivity, and advancing leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior executives to align HR strategies with the objectives of the food tech industry in the Netherlands.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives for effective change management, ensuring organizational adaptability and resilience.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Drive efforts to optimize organizational processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with industry standards.
  • Talent Development: Oversee talent management initiatives, ensuring the development and supervision of a skilled workforce in the dynamic food tech sector.
  • Inclusive Culture: Nurturing an inclusive workplace culture by implementing policies and programs that celebrate diversity and create an environment conducive to innovation.
  • Leadership Development: Elevate leadership skills across the organization through targeted programs and initiatives, fostering a culture of effective and forward-thinking leadership.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being within the unique context of the Netherlands' food tech industry.

Job Requirements

· Experience: Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic collaboration and advisory functions, preferably within the food tech or related   industries.

· Change Management Expertise:Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives, adapting organizations to evolving industry landscapes.

· Talent Management: Extensive experience in talent development, recruitment, and supervision within dynamic and innovative sectors.

· Inclusivity Champion: A commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, with experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs.

· Leadership Development Skills:Strong capabilities in designing and implementing leadership development programs to enhance organizational leadership skills.

· Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with broader business goals,specifically within the context of the food tech industry.

· Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and employment laws in the Netherlands, ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration:Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,particularly in coordination with marketing functions within the   food tech sector.

· Industry Awareness: Knowledge of the food tech industry, its trends, and challenges in the Netherlands, and a commitment to contributing to the industry's growth and   success.

Required Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
