Project Development Product Manager

We are looking for a Project Development Product Manager in Milan. Directly attached to the sales team and within the project department, the role is to develop our clients' capsule collections in line with the challenges of their brand and their DNA, compliance with retro planning, production quality and logistics.

• Develop the capsule collections of your customers by collaborating with the transverse teams: styling, model making, sourcing and production.
• Follow the realization of the models from the first prototype to the final production by controlling and/or having their conformity checked.
• Manage your client project according to the axes of the specifications (quality, budget, deadlines, services).
• Maintain a close relationship with our customers.
• Manage a team of 10 young people

• 5+ years of experience in the field as a product manager or buyer
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
