Senior Presales Engineer - Nordics
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to cover the Nordics, working closely with Sales across the full customer lifecycle - from discovery to post-sales handover. The role involves daily engagement with customers, partners, and internal teams, managing cases via the helpdesk, and supporting opportunities through to closure.
You will focus on large enterprise and upper mid-market customers in Sweden, across sectors including Healthcare, Government, Finance, Manufacturing, and Retail. Regular travel is required (2–3 weeks per month). We are looking for a curious, hands-on professional with a strong can-do mindset to join an experienced, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical contact for customers from discovery and qualification through post-sales handover.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships through virtual and on-site meetings.
- Analyze customer needs, design and architect tailored solutions in line with best practices.
- Prepare, execute, and support proof of concepts, technical workshops, and product presentations.
- Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and public tenders.
- Provide technical demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and support integration with technology partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and customer workshops.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, Services, Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to align on customer needs and sales strategies.
- Promote the company’s training, certifications, and services.
- Manage technical issues and sales progress via the company’s helpdesk system, escalating where needed.

Job Requirements
- Highly ski led with strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Able to explain complex technical topics in simple terms Builds strong relationships across teams, influential and collaborative.
- Flexible, creative problem-solver with integrity and a positive work ethic.
- Works independently with minimal supervision, multitasks effectively, and performs well under pressure
- Patient, attentive listener, and quick to adapt to new technologies
- Fluent in English and Swedish (Other Nordic languages or German is a bonus)
Technical skills:
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a Presales Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Practical experience with Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS, Citrix, VMware Horizon
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Thin Client/Endpoint operating systems is a strong advantage
- Good awareness of other solutions offered by technology partners in the industry

Bachelor's Degree in IT
