We are in search of a Vice President of Human Resources for the SaaS industry in France. In this capacity, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role as a reliable strategic advisor and consultant to senior executives and management. The primary responsibilities of this role will revolve around providing guidance and support for various initiatives, including change management, enhancing organizational efficiency, talent management, cultivating a positive corporate culture, and bolstering leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with senior executives to gain a deep understanding of the organization's operational needs and strategic objectives, enabling the development of an HR strategic plan.

- Take the lead in implementing change strategies that align with a culture focused on performance, ultimately leading to improved business results, increased employee engagement, and heightened performance.

- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the HR Business Partners.

- Utilize your business acumen to align the HR strategy with the broader business strategy and objectives, crafting HR business strategies that contribute to key business outcomes. Offer advice on matters concerning talent management, workforce relationships, organizational structure, and compensation.

- Integrate HR services into the broader organizational initiatives and create and execute an operational HR strategy tailored to your designated business areas.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate well-informed recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, aligning structure, personnel, processes, and reward systems with overarching business strategies.
  • Proficiency in navigating change processes within complex systems, conflict resolution, and understanding group dynamics.
  • A strategic thinker who evaluates the short and long-term consequences of decisions, with a focus on prioritizing their impact.
  • Exceptional at assembling high-performing teams and maximizing their growth and effectiveness. Values diversity of backgrounds and perspectives to unlock individual potential, actively seeks feedback, and takes ownership of personal development and growth.
  • Strong technical proficiency with up-to-date knowledge of HR practices in multinational and progressive environments. Capable of driving continuous process improvement and enhancing outcomes through technology and streamlined processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, displaying resilience, self-motivation, and quick learning abilities. Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in influencing, negotiating, and managing multiple stakeholders, often balancing competing interests and varying timelines for action.
  • A proven track record in HR leadership roles, with demonstrated experience in engaging with senior business leaders.
  • Boasts over 10 years of progressive experience in human resources and business leadership, specifically supporting marketing, research and development, and consumer insights, preferably within the SaaS industry.
