We are searching for an innovative VP of marketing to join our growing company. As the VP of marketing, you will develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, set and achieve targets, and establish relationships with the media and clients. You should be able to build relationships with a variety of professionals


  • Create, execute and run all of our marketing, brand & communication strategy
  • Work alongside our business development team to develop a go to market and launch strategy for our first products as well as post-launch performance evaluation
  • Create a global community for our products
  • Create and drive growth strategies which encompass channel, pricing and geography for new products
  • Adapt our upcoming brand to new geographies, products and partnerships as we expand
  • Lead each subsequent new product or geography launch
  • Launch and lead all of our digital marketing including social media, email and any PR
  • Manage and bring on board any agencies required to optimize growth and manage or support any other relevant external partners & relationships
  • Initiate and manage branded packaging projects including design, key messaging and structure
  • Be responsible for attracting, developing, coaching, and building a high performing marketing team
  • Keep up to date on innovation, market trends and best practice and ensure they’re leveraged to optimize new products and line extensions

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree is required, Master in Marketing a plus

  • Experience of designing and implementing marketing and branding strategies which have innovation at their heart this should have been either a build and improvement on what was already in place or (ideally) for a new business and/or suite of products where you started with a blank piece of paper even better if it was in a complex and ambiguous sector or market
  • Extensive experience launching products in a fast-paced environment
  • International experience, setting and executing marketing strategies across and within different countries & regions, and the corresponding understanding of where marketing & branding can be consistent or needs to be tailored - and why
  • An understanding (and ideally practical experience) of how to identify, segment, engage and retain a customer base for a new, innovative and     disruptive product
  • Experience and understanding of the consumer’s journey in an FMCG company
  • Experience with one or more physical products
  • A sharp focus on results, fast iteration and a strong business acumen
  • Long term thinking, being able to build a community and prepare our customer pipeline in advance of launching Strategic thinking, innovative and     creative problem solving skills, and you can execute in a hands-on manner when needed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly around storytelling
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with scientific teams.

Required Education

Bachelor Degree is required, Master in Marketing a plus
