The CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and driving growth in key markets.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a diverse marketing team across multiple regions, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives to drive the overall business strategy and achieve corporate goals.
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning in all markets.
- Enhance brand recognition and equity through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, leveraging market research and competitive analysis.
- Drive expansion strategies in existing and new markets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful product launches and market positioning.
- Develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.
Job Requirements
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or other advanced degree in a related discipline is highly preferred.
Languages
Proficiency in English & Portuguese is required. Additional language skills relevant to key markets in Europe and North America are highly advantageous.
