UNITE is supporting one of our key international partners in the search for an Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare) to drive strategic growth within major enterprise and healthcare accounts across Germany. The role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of success in complex enterprise technology sales and a strong network in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to enterprise and healthcare customers, demonstrating strong product and solution understanding.Manage customer expectations while maintaining a consistently high level of satisfaction.Develop and manage a sustainable sales pipeline, accurately forecast performance, and achieve quarterly and annual targets.Leverage CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics) for account planning, forecasting, and structured follow-up.Collaborate with marketing teams on account-based campaigns to expand penetration within enterprise and global organizations.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, working closely with Inside Sales, Channel, and Technical teams.Develop and nurture relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders to drive long-term value and account growth.Lead opportunity management from initial engagement through to close.Participate in territory reviews, pipeline updates, and executive business reviews.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience selling software or hardware solutions to enterprise or global customers.Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close high-value (7-figure+) deals.Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders across IT organizations.Established network within the healthcare customer segment and strong reputation within the region.History of exceeding revenue targets and successfully executing enterprise account plans.Strong organizational and collaborative skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred. Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., in Sales, IT, or Healthcare Technology) are a plus.
Languages
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
