We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Communication Manager for the South West region. You will be responsible for marketing, communication, press and influence strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the local marketing strategy for the company, in close collaboration with the global team.
  • Work with the retail and wholesale teams to support commercial objectives and development initiatives: store opening, implementation of loyalty operations, exclusive capsule launches, gift-for-purchase operations, promotional operations.
  • Supervise and manage activations trade with major wholesale accounts (department stores and e-com partners): negotiation of contractual budgets, launch of capsules, updating of our brand pages, showcases, pop-ups and other activations.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising campaigns (media, OOH) and product launches.
  • Analyze and interpret data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and propose adjustments and improvements to maximize their impact.
  • Adapt and implement the global communication strategy locally, ensuring the consistency of the messages and content disseminated on the various channels.
  • Organize and coordinate media events, such as press days, interviews and collection/capsule launches.
  • Adapt and implement the influence strategy, identifying and establishing new partnerships.
  • Measure and analyze influencer campaign performance to optimize results and maximize impact on brand awareness and sales.
  • Work closely with the communication team.
  • Management and follow-up of the marketing budget
  • Management of two Marketing Specialist and one Talent & Com Specialist.
  • Ensure internal communication
  • Be a force for proposing areas for technical and functional progress.
  • You will report to the Marketing and Communication Director, you will work in close collaboration with the whole team.

Job Requirements

  • 7 years within a Marketing / Press service in the world of fashion.
  • excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a culture of results.  
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit: ability to structure strong plans while adapting to a fast-paced environment and frequent changes; ability to manage projects & people but not afraid to get your hands dirty and do things yourself.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good copy writing skills are a must).

Required Education

Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent is required

Languages

French and English are mandatory
