A leading provider of endpoint management and cloud workspace solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy across United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a business-oriented B2B marketing leader with expertise in multi-channel, end-to-end marketing. The successful candidate will focus on brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth, leveraging CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven reporting to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 360° omni-channel marketing strategy to generate demand and increase brand visibility across multiple regions.
  • Align closely with sales teams and channel partners to drive pipeline growth and business success.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives, tailoring approaches for each market.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to optimize marketing efforts and measure success.
  • Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, IT solutions, or endpoint security.
  • Strong background in multi-channel, end-to-end marketing and demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to navigate multiple regional markets and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Business-focused mindset with a strategic approach to driving revenue and growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Required Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

    Languages

    Fluent in English (additional fluency others is a plus).
