A leading provider of endpoint management and cloud workspace solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy across United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a business-oriented B2B marketing leader with expertise in multi-channel, end-to-end marketing. The successful candidate will focus on brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth, leveraging CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven reporting to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 360° omni-channel marketing strategy to generate demand and increase brand visibility across multiple regions.Align closely with sales teams and channel partners to drive pipeline growth and business success.Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).Oversee content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives, tailoring approaches for each market.Provide data-driven insights and reporting to optimize marketing efforts and measure success.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, IT solutions, or endpoint security.Strong background in multi-channel, end-to-end marketing and demand generation.Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Ability to navigate multiple regional markets and adapt strategies accordingly.Business-focused mindset with a strategic approach to driving revenue and growth.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Languages
Fluent in English (additional fluency others is a plus).
