The Vice President of Sales (VP Sales) will be a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth across the organization’s core offerings. Reporting to executive leadership, the VP Sales will lead sales execution, manage strategic client relationships, and build a disciplined, scalable sales operation to support long-term growth.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. The successful candidate will lead from the front, originating opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and fostering a high-performing sales culture within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • - Execute the organization’s sales and revenue strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • - Originate, develop, and close new client and partner relationships
  • - Manage and expand existing strategic accounts
  • - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • - Communicate and represent the organization’s value proposition to senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
  • - Partner closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives
  • - Lead sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting
  • - Mentor and support junior sales or business development professionals as the organization scales
  • Job Requirements

  • - 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • - Strong experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles with senior stakeholders
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • - Established professional network within Europe or international markets
  • - Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Required Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

    Languages

    Fluency in English required; fluency in French or Italian is a strong advantage.
