Job Description
We are conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Sales for a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Geneva, Switzerland. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performance sales team across the EMEA market. As a key member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals and to expand the company’s presence in the SaaS market.

Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Align sales objectives with overall business strategy and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across different regions, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the team.
- Own the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and performance metrics.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for geographic and vertical expansion within existing and new markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CEO, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product-market fit, customer feedback, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide input on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to help shape future company strategies.
- Implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working in global markets, with a strong understanding of the European and Swiss business landscapes.
Skills & Expertise:
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead sales teams to success.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to set, manage, and report on sales metrics and forecasts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales tools, and data-driven sales management practices.

Required Education

Other Compensation
