Responsibilities
Thisis a full-time, on-site role located in Monaco. You will handle a variety oftasks including administrative assistance, working closely with, and providingsupport to, the internal team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Conduct excellent background research to deliver value added market and client knowledge
- Source candidates
- Build target lists
- Working to improve processes
- Manage day to day research activities with allocated assignments
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of our live and virtual events
- Manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors etc.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills for market research
