Responsibilities

Thisis a full-time, on-site role located in Monaco. You will handle a variety oftasks including administrative assistance, working closely with, and providingsupport to, the internal team to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Conduct excellent background research to deliver value added market and client knowledge
  • Source candidates
  • Build target lists
  • Working to improve processes
  • Manage day to day research activities with allocated assignments
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of our live and virtual events
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors etc.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills for market research
