UNITE is recruiting on behalf of a leading global IT solutions provider for the role of Channel Account Manager, covering the French region. Based in Paris with a hybrid working model, this role will focus on managing and expanding strategic channel partnerships. You will drive revenue growth through key resellers, VARs, and distributors, ensuring the company’s solutions are well-positioned in the market. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in channel sales and a deep understanding of the French IT landscape.
Responsibilities
Channel Partnership Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing partners (resellers, VARs, and distributors) across France, focusing on driving partner success.Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through the channel network, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Partner Enablement: Train and support partners, providing them with the resources they need to effectively sell the company’s solutions.New Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s presence in the French market.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) to align strategies and provide a seamless partner experience.Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly update senior leadership on channel performance, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts.Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in France to provide strategic advice to partners.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in channel account management, preferably within the IT, software, or technology sectors.Deep knowledge of the French channel landscape and strong relationships with key resellers, VARs, and distributors.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partners.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between remote work and on-site meetings in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT solutions, software, or end-user computing industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management platforms.
