Enterprise Account Executive - Healthcare - Northern Germany
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across healthcare organisations in Northern Germany.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with large healthcare customers, including hospital groups, healthcare providers, public health organisations and related institutions.
This is a senior individual contributor role combining new business development, strategic account management and partner engagement. You will work closely with customers, channel partners, presales, marketing and internal leadership to deliver complex enterprise technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory strategy for healthcare accounts across Northern Germany.
• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT leadership, security teams, procurement and executive decision-makers.
• Manage complex and consultative enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract signature.
• Develop detailed account plans for strategic healthcare customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Position secure endpoint, digital workspace and enterprise software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Understand customers’ technical environments, business priorities and regulatory challenges.
• Work closely with presales teams to deliver presentations, workshops, demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, system integrators and technology alliance partners.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast and account activity within the CRM system.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting long-term customer value and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, customer success, professional services and product management.
• Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings and healthcare-focused conferences.
Job Requirements
• Several years of successful enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud or infrastructure sales experience.
• Proven experience selling into healthcare organisations in Germany.
• An established network across hospitals, healthcare providers or related public sector organisations would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, endpoint technologies, digital workspace solutions or cybersecurity.
• Experience working through channel partners and system integrators.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and build long-term executive relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and forecasting discipline.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Northern Germany.
Required Education
Bachelor or Masters preferred
Languages
Fluent German and professional English are required.
