Our client is a global leader in secure endpoint management and digital workspace solutions, helping organizations simplify, secure, and optimize the delivery of applications and desktops across distributed environments.

As part of its continued growth in the UK market, the company is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand strategic relationships within the Retail and Manufacturing sectors. This role will focus on engaging senior IT and business stakeholders, developing territory plans, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract signature.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with experience selling enterprise software solutions to large organizations and a strong understanding of digital workplace transformation, endpoint security, and modern IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on Retail and Manufacturing enterprises across the UK.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, infrastructure teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and strategic alliances to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver compelling customer solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and developments within the Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements throughout the UK.
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within digital workspace, endpoint management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience selling into large Retail and/or Manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling and account planning capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
  • Required Education

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications or advanced qualifications are considered advantageous.

    Languages

    Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
