Head of Amazon EMEA
Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Amazon EMEA as a critical member of the international sales team to implement an E-commerce strategy and drive marketing campaigns. Creating, owning and being accountable for the delivery of the ecommerce strategy and the digital roadmap.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for maximizing the sales of all products on Amazon platforms both Seller Central and Vendor across Europe
· Directly responsible for sales optimization including implementation of sales plans, sales projections, marketing and promotional budget management, customer and consumer service and day-to-day sales operations
· Collaborate with internal team members in the research of current market trends and foreseeing how these may affect the relevant accounts.
· Oversee and manage centralized budget; ensure effective allocation of resources
· Develop and execute strategies for brand profitability
· Optimize pricing, control costs, and enhance revenue
· Analyze market trends; identify opportunities for increased profitability
· Amazon Agency management
· Drive effective campaigns and optimize product listings
· Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Job Requirements
· 7+ years working knowledge and experience of E - Commerce platforms , activities and online marketing channels with proven track record in managing Amazon account across multiple countries
· Excellent negotiation skills with major retail accounts
· Detailed and clear understanding of online consumer journey and mechanics available to enable sales
· Good working knowledge and experience of E-Commerce activities and online marketing channels
· Strong analytical and goal-oriented approach
· Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks with the right sense of priority in today fast-paced business arena
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field

English required, additional European languages are a plus
